Every month, the Winnebago County Dental Society, in conjunction with local dentists, has provided an opportunity for local youth to explore and discover the many jobs related to the Field of Dentistry: Such as orthodontist, Oral Surgeon, Dental Hygienist, Lab Technician, and much much more.

Dental Explorer Post Program encourages students to actively participate
  • Once a month meetings
  • Visit and compare office settings
  • Learn about education requirements
  • Understand the skill sets needed
  • Get hands-on experience
  • Establish workforce mentoring opportunities
The program is open to High School Students 14-20 years old.

Registration and parental permission required.

When: Third Wednesday of every month
Where: Rotates
Cost: $24/year participation fee
