Before you visit our office, located at 2715 N. Main St., in Rockford IL (click here to get diving directions), the first person you will most likely speak with to schedule your appointment will be Jullie. Jullie helps take care of our patients while in reception and scheduling; she will prepare you for your appointment both before and after you arrive.During your first visit you will be introduced to our team and office before Dr. Raz or Dr. Catherine Baer-Mirza will consult with you to go over your dental health, needs and goals.
